SonicVox respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) 17 U.S.C. §512. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on SonicVox without authorization, send a written notice to our designated agent.

What your notice must include
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material alleged to be infringing and a URL or other location allowing us to find it on SonicVox.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identify the removed material and its prior location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
Repeat-infringer policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), SonicVox will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
