What your notice must include

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identify the removed material and its prior location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.

Repeat-infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i), SonicVox will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
