ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is provided by WP Global Syndicate LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, doing business as SonicVox (“Company”) and governs use of the SonicVox platform and Services and is incorporated by reference into the SonicVox Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the SonicVox platform or Services, directly or indirectly, to engage in any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. You agree that you will not:

    1. Impersonate any individual or entity without prior authorization;
    2. Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading audio or synthetic media intended to defraud, misrepresent identity, or cause harm;
    3. Produce deepfakes or manipulated audio designed to deceive, harass, extort, or manipulate individuals or the public;
    4. Violate any applicable privacy, publicity, biometric, data protection, consumer protection, election, or anti-fraud laws;
    5. Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any individual or group;
    6. Engage in political manipulation, voter deception, or coordinated influence operations;
    7. Circumvent, disable, probe, or interfere with security features, access controls, usage limits, or monitoring systems;
    8. Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, replicate, or infer underlying models, system prompts, training data, or architecture;
    9. Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or outputs from the Services;
    10. Upload or process content without lawful rights, authorization, or required consent;
    11. Assist, enable, or encourage any third party to engage in any of the foregoing conduct; or
    12. Use the Services in a manner that unreasonably burdens, degrades, or disrupts system performance, infrastructure, or availability.

2. VOICE & AUDIO-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any voice recording, audio sample, or biometric voice data submitted to the Services is collected and processed in compliance with all applicable laws.

Without limitation, users must:

    1. Obtain the data subject’s prior, express, written consent before uploading, cloning, synthesizing, storing, or otherwise processing any voice data where such consent is required by law;
    2. Ensure such consent expressly authorizes the collection, storage, use, and retention of voice biometric data for voice synthesis, cloning, translation, and related processing;
    3. Maintain records evidencing all required consents and authorizations;
    4. Comply with all applicable biometric privacy, data protection, anti-fraud, and consumer protection laws in all relevant jurisdictions.

The Company does not verify consent on behalf of users and assumes no responsibility for users’ failure to obtain legally required authorizations.

3. ENFORCEMENT

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the Services, its users, or applicable law.

Without limitation, the Company may:

    1. Suspend or terminate user accounts;
    2. Remove, disable, or restrict access to content;
    3. Limit or revoke access to specific features or functionality;
    4. Report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and
    5. Cooperate with lawful investigations or legal process.

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

The Company will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement and does not stay the enforcement action during review.

Users who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may submit a written appeal to support@sonicvox.ai within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of the action. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from enforcement actions taken in good faith.

The Company is not obligated to monitor user activity but reserves the right to do so to enforce this AUP and comply with applicable law. The Company does not assume any duty to monitor, review, or police user activity and shall not be liable for any user conduct or misuse of the Services.

4. REPORTING ABUSE

If you believe the Services are being used in violation of this AUP or applicable law, you may report suspected abuse to: support@sonicvox.ai. For abuse involving privacy or biometric data, please also contact privacy@sonicvox.ai.

Reports should include sufficient detail to allow investigation, including relevant account information, URLs, audio samples, or supporting documentation where available. The Company reserves the right to request additional information to evaluate the report.

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or malicious abuse reports may, itself, constitute a violation of this AUP.

5. UPDATES

The Company may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the SonicVox Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
