This Responsible AI & Ethics Policy is provided by WP Global Syndicate LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, doing business as SonicVox (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. OVERVIEW & SCOPE
1.1 Purpose
This policy is provided by WP Global Syndicate LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, doing business as SonicVox (“Company”) and describes SonicVox’s approach to responsible development and use of AI technologies.
1.2 Scope of Application
This Responsible AI & Ethics Policy applies to the Company’s design, development, deployment, and operation of artificial intelligence systems and features made available through the Services.
1.3 Covered AI Systems
This includes, but is not limited to:
- AI-generated speech and voice synthesis;
- Translation and transcription services;
- Voice personalization, cloning, and synthesis features;
- Developer APIs and enterprise integrations utilizing the Company’s AI systems; and
- Ongoing model updates, safeguards, and risk mitigation mechanisms.
1.4 Applicability
This Policy applies to both internal AI development practices and the external use of AI-powered features by customers and end users.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR AI OUTPUTS
2.1 AI as Assistive Tool
AI-generated outputs are tools intended to assist users. The Company does not assume responsibility for how outputs are interpreted or used.
2.2 User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
2.2.1 Accuracy Review
Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs;
2.2.2 Fitness for a Purpose
Ensuring outputs are appropriate for their intended purpose; and
2.2.3 Legal Compliance
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using AI-generated content.
3. NATURE OF AI SYSTEMS
3.1 Non-Sentient Systems
The Company’s AI systems are automated software tools that generate outputs based on algorithmic processes and statistical models.
The Company’s systems:
- Are not sentient;
- Do not possess consciousness, intent, or awareness;
- Do not make independent decisions; and
- Do not exercise judgment or discretion beyond programmed parameters and model training data.
3.2 Computational Output Disclaimer
All outputs are generated through computational processes and may contain inaccuracies or limitations inherent to artificial intelligence systems.
4. TRANSPARENCY & LIMITATIONS
4.1 No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee:
- Accuracy;
- Completeness; or
- Suitability for legal, medical, or safety-critical use.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE & HARM PREVENTION
5.1 Prohibited AI Uses (High-Level)
The Company actively discourages:
- Deceptive use;
- Non-consensual voice replication; and
- Harmful or abusive applications.
5.2 Safeguards
Safeguards may be implemented or updated as risks evolve.
6. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
6.1 Model & Policy Evolution
The Company may refine models, safeguards, and policies to align with evolving standards.
6.2 Alignment Drivers
This includes alignment with:
- Emerging regulations;
- Industry best practices; and
- Observed misuse patterns.

This policy may be updated as technology and regulations evolve.
8. NON-CONTRACTUAL POLICY STATEMENT
8.1 Information Purpose Only
This Responsible AI & Ethics Policy is provided for informational and transparency purposes only. It does not create, modify, or expand any legal, contractual, or fiduciary obligations of the Company.
8.2 Government Agreements
The Company’s binding obligations, representations, and warranties—if any—are governed exclusively by the Terms of Service, Data Processing Addendum, and other applicable written agreements.
9. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
9.1 Binding Policy Framework
Use of the Company's AI technologies remains subject to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and available on the SonicVox website.
9.2 Enforcement
Violations of those policies, including misuse of AI-generated speech or voice technologies, may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
