3.2 Performance & Analytics Cookies (Consent Required Where Applicable)

These cookies are deployed only after obtaining your consent where required and are processed based on your consent as the legal basis under GDPR.

Analytics for the Services are collected by a self-hosted, cookieless analytics system (Umami) that runs entirely on the Company's own infrastructure. It sets no cookies, uses no cross-site identifiers, and analytics data is never shared with or sold to any third party. The analytics script loads only after you accept analytics through the cookie banner.

The Company does not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, Hotjar, Segment, or any other third-party analytics service.

1. sv-theme – Remembers your light/dark display preference – Duration: 12 months
2. NEXT_LOCALE – Remembers your language preference – Duration: 12 months
3. tzo – Remembers your timezone so dates display in your local time – Duration: 12 months
4. sv_ref – Remembers which referral link first brought you to the Services (removed once sign-up completes) – Duration: up to 60 days
5. Voice and audio preferences, and a random identifier (sv-promo-anon-id) used to control which in-product announcements you see, are stored in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies.

3.4 Targeting & Advertising Cookies (Consent Required Where Applicable)

The Company does not currently use targeting or advertising cookies, and does not use Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any similar advertising technology on the Services. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and consent will be obtained where required before any such cookies are set.
